Our Prestigious Client is seeking a Senior Technical ITSM Specialists for their team in Canberra.

This is a contract role initially for 12 months with potential extension options, located at our client’s Canberra (ACT) office with a hybrid working arrangements (3 days per week on client site in Canberra)

Skills required:

• Phase A skills are: ITSM, ITAM, ESM, UCMDB (Universal Configuration Management Database) & Octane Apps ("OCTANE SMAX" likely refers to the integration between OpenText's ALM Octane and Service Management Automation X (SMAX).
• Phase B skills: VIM (Sap integration) & Net IQ & Identity Manager

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with an active Baseline security clearance (NV1 preferred)
