Seeking a Senior SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Specialists to provide ongoing Business as Usual and project support as well as maintenance and enhancement of the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud Platform

Key duties and responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to write technical documentation and maintain functional documentation in Solution Manager
• Experience working in organisations similar to that of the buyers, namely a multi client shared services environment
• Working within a multicultural team environment
• Australian Public Sector (APS) experience

• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and design
• Ability to deliver business requirements using standard SAP functionality
• Ability to rigorously test system solutions with real business scenarios
• Ability to work in a multi client shared services environment
• Ability to work in a continually changing environment
• Ability to adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• The ability to knowledge share with other members of the SAP HCM team
• Exceptional organizational & time management skills; Provide status reports on activities and tasks
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to customer and project needs
• Experience in using HCM tools such as Document Builder. DSM Object Sync, Query Manager, Variance Monitor, Config Commander and Spinifex
• Experience with the use and configuration of SAP LSMW tool; Uploads/Processing
• Experience in providing functional specifications to technical team for any custom developments
• Proposed Personnel will have the following desirable traits:

Technical skills The ideal candidate will have the following skills and capabilities: •A minimum of ten years of SAP HCM experience •Expert knowledge of multiple areas of the ECC6.0 HCM module, in particular Public Sector Personnel Administration and Time Management, Payroll, Organizational Management, Performance Management and Reporting. •Strong knowledge of HCM tables and data within the SAP HCM module •Master Data Management skills, including providing advice on data and processes

Contract: 12 Months Contract with 2 x 12 months extension options

Security Required: Must have a Baseline Security Clearance required

Location - Canberra Based - Flexible work arrangements will be considered in line with the Department’s Flexible Work Policy.
