Our client, a large Federal Government Department is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in late July.

Deliverables:

• Lead technical resolution of incidents and problems within the ICT Infrastructure space.
• Work across infrastructure teams to support incident and problem resolution
• Provide technical expertise and advice to senior management
• Producing and reviewing project/services delivery documentation including Architecture, Designs, ‘As built documentation’ and Operating Procedures

Experience:

• VMware, Citrix administration, RSA authentication manager, Enterprise grade physical hardware, Certificate Infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft Server build and deploy, Windows Powershell
• Experience working within an ITSM environment and familiarity with ITIL processes
• A working knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM), the Protective Security Framework Policy (PSFP), and other International Standards (ISO’s)
• Experience in communicating solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
