Finance Manager - Financial Services | Sydney CBD
Location: Sydney CBD | Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: $140-$160K + Super

We're recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a growing financial services business based in Sydney CBD. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity ideal for a qualified accountant with solid experience in TechnologyOne and strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee and support an Assistant Accountant
• Maintain and develop XLONE reports
• Identify and implement process improvements in finance and reporting

Requirements:

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong experience with TechnologyOne
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Background in financial or professional services (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
