Personal Assistant to Residential Aged Care Leadership Team – Embracia Moonee Valley

📍 Avondale Heights, VIC | Full-Time | Salary $70k–$90k + Super (commensurate with experience)

We’re seeking a dedicated and capable Personal Assistant (PA) to support the leadership team of our residential aged care home in Victoria. This is a pivotal, people-focused role that blends strong organisational skills with an understanding of the aged care or healthcare environment.

About the Role

As the PA to our Facility Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. From managing schedules and coordinating meetings, to supporting communication with families and clinical staff — you’ll be central to creating a calm, organised and high-functioning home.

Your day-to-day will include:

Providing high-level administrative and personal support to the Facility Manager

Managing correspondence, calendars, and documentation with professionalism and confidentiality

Liaising with internal departments, external providers, residents and families

Supporting compliance and reporting processes aligned with aged care regulations

Contributing to a collaborative, resident-first workplace culture

Troubleshooting issues and working with the team to find effective solutions

Using internal systems confidently, with a willingness to learn new platforms

About You

You are warm, organised and approachable — someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in being one step ahead. You bring emotional intelligence, initiative, and a strong commitment to excellence.

You’ll also have:

Previous experience as a PA, EA or senior administrator – ideally in aged care, healthcare, or medical environments

Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail

Confidence with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems

A calm, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to multitask

A positive attitude and team spirit, with the ability to work independently

Passion for resident-centred care and supporting a purpose-led team
