Morley Chiropractic is seeking receptionists to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our practice.
The role offered is initially is a casual position which would require some early starts at 7.30 am and some late finishes 6.30 pm.
Role
· Hosting patients and managing the reception area
· Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
· Assisting with patient intake and documentation
· Maintaining patient records and files
· Answering phone inquiries and providing information to patients
· Taking payment for services provided
Your skills
· A caring, warm and dependable team player with excellent communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a professional, warm and welcoming experience for all patients
· Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
· Proficient in using computer software, including scheduling and patient record systems.
