Reception for Hamilton Hill Family Practice.

We are looking for a receptionist who will work 3 days a week. This will be in Hamilton Hill.

The person applying will be:

• Well spoken
• Be friendly
• Be organised
• High level of professionalism
• Possess the ability to multi-task
• Have a good understanding of the Microsoft office suite
• Have a strong work ethics
• Have evidence of a current COVID-19 vaccination
• Have at least a year 12 certificate or equivalent
• TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED for use of Best Practice medical software

The duties may include:

• Managing the confidential records of patients
• Greeting patients and answering phone calls
• Electronic filing
• Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing
• Preparation of reception and waiting areas
