Employment Term: Part-time (28 hours over 4 days), maximum term until 30 September 2025 with potential for extension
Location: Based at Auchenflower
Remuneration: $85,114.93 (pro-rata) + 11.5% super + NFP salary packaging of up to $15,900 & $2,650 for meals & entertainment

Your part in our UnitingCare team
We are currently seeking to appoint a Case Worker to work as a part of Clare Homes Supported Accommodation Program. Funded by the Department of Housing, this position will assist and support homeless families to obtain immediate housing as well as working towards independent longer term housing solutions. The position will provide outreach and mobile support to families.
What makes a difference for us?
You must have excellent verbal communication skills that enable you to assess needs accurately and extensively as well as transferable written communication skills to record assessments on the database.
You must have a tertiary qualification in human services, community services, Youth Services or related field.
A basic level of competence with technology is also required.
In addition to the above you will also be required to have:
Qld Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card)
Current Drivers Licence.
