The Role:

Day to day management of a mixed commercial portfolio

Build solid relationships with the landlords and tenants

Ensure rental reviews and contractual increases are implemented

Oversee the lease requirements

The Candidate:

Ideally 1-2 plus years experience in Commercial Asset Management but not essential.

Certificate of Real Estate Registration

Car and driver's licence

Strong communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Exceptional organisational skills

High level attention to detail
