We are looking for an enthusiastic Asset Information Coordinator who will provide expert guidance in Information Asset Management, with a strong background in asset management principles.
With a solid understanding of relevant industry legislation, asset standards and specifications you will support the collaborative development of asset condition and performance assessments and, capital and operational planning activities.
You will bring initiative and a forward-thinking approach to continually improve our asset data collection, management, storage, access, and quality processes by rethinking how we use information to inform decisions. Your ability to see data in new ways will help us find opportunities to streamline our methods and further advance our internal capability.
Please note, this is a full time position. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working.
Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Respond directly to the Property Asset Manager to contribute to strategic planning and performance monitoring of UCQ’s property portfolio.
Support the development and implementation of Asset Management Plans and Long-Term Financial Plans, particularly in relation to asset data currency, accuracy, and availability.
Operate and maintain UCQ’s Property asset register and data dictionary, ensuring integration with corporate systems including Financial Systems, Computerised Asset Management Systems and Maintenance Management Systems.
Perform in-depth interrogation, analysis, and reporting of asset data to meet both internal and external stakeholder requirements.
Coordinate and continuously monitor and improve asset addition and deletion processes.
Provide leadership of the Information Asset Management related aspects of the asset lifecycle model concept, planning, delivery, maintenance, operate, renew, and dispose.
What makes a difference for us?
Tertiary or recognised qualifications in either Asset Management, Information Management, Quality Management Systems or in another related field.
Understanding of asset information registers, hierarchical structures or building component structural logic.
Understanding of Asset Management Principles e.g ISO, GFMAM
High attention to detail for data entry analysis, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
A sound knowledge of WHS and quality assurance principles/ systems.
Experience managing contractors and consultants.
