ABOUT THE POSITION.

This is an opportunity for a Estimator who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.

DUTIES.

• Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
• Preparing detailed Estimates of the Engineering Services Trades.
• Reviewing and negotiating Engineering Services components of Variations.
• Preparing Assessments of Works in Progress of the Engineering Services components of Progress Claims

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Estimation
• Exposure to MEP projects.
• Currently holding a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g. RICS, AIQS) is desirable.
