They are looking to bring on an Estimating Manager to run their existing team.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Estimating Manager will include:

• Managing the estimating team
• Perform trade break ups of documentation, appropriate trade subcontractor selection lists, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure they have a full understanding of the required scope of works and programme
• Final preparation and presentation of rated and coded Bill of Quantities and/or cost plan for internal review and issuing appropriate information to stakeholders
• Regular meetings with subcontractors throughout the tender period to ensure the most competitive pricing and accurate bids

Essential criteria for the Estimating Manager joining:

• Demonstrated analytical abilities
• Have some knowledge of construction as well as Fit out/Refurb
• Proven experience as an estimator in commercial Construction/Fit Out
• Tender up to $20m
• Strong attention to detail
