About the role:
The purpose of this role is guide, lead and inspire the Customer Care Team as they interact with customer and internal stakeholders and to foster a culture of excellence in the delivery of exceptional and efficient service.
You'll be expected to:
- Champion a customer-first mindset by leading the charge in delivering fast, effective solutions and setting new standards for service excellence.
- Inspire and empower Customer Care Consultants and Seniors through hands-on leadership, coaching them through complex scenarios and unlocking their full potential.
- Drive high performance by leveraging data and insights—monitor key metrics, identify challenges, and implement strategic actions to consistently exceed KPIs and SLAs.
- Lead operational transformation by streamlining workflows, embedding best practices, and creating a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Keep your team engaged and aligned with regular check-ins, including energizing daily huddles, one-on-one development conversations, and focused performance reviews.
- Be a pillar of support and wellbeing for your team—nurturing a safe, positive work environment where people thrive, grow, and feel truly valued.

To be successful you'll need:
- Demonstrated leadership excellence in customer service, with a minimum of 3 years as a Team Leader, bringing industry knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Exceptional people leadership capabilities, skilled in coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams while leading seamless onboarding, impactful training, and proactive performance management.
- Strategic and results-focused, adept at setting clear goals, managing performance, optimising team resources, and driving operational excellence, all while maintaining full compliance and service standards.
