Technical Customer Service Officer – Household Electrical Products
Mount Kuring-Gai | Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm, early Friday finish at 4pm

Our client is a supplier of well-known household electrical goods — and we’re looking for someone who gets how products work, can talk to customers, and wants to be part of a team that supports each other. This role will also involve some hands-on technical repairs and warranty /problem diagnosis- so a great opportunity to get partially "off the tools"!

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Use your Electrical, Air Conditioning, or Refrigeration Technician experience to diagnose problems
• Assist with warranty issues and repairs
• Chat with customers via phone and email — helping with warranty claims, troubleshooting, or general product questions
• Use simple in-house tools and your own smarts to figure out technical issues
• Sort out service requests, process orders, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
• Work with a trusted internal team to get things sorted
• Learn about new products -full training given
• Share ideas to make our service even better — we’re always keen to improve

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

• Have experience as an electrician, air conditioning or refrigeration technician and want to get partially "off the tools"
• Have some experience in warranty or customer support, with electrical products
• Can talk to anyone — customers, team members, tradies — and make things easy to understand
• Like solving problems, not just passing them on
• Pick up systems and product info quickly
• Enjoy working with a supportive team that gets the job done
