At Transcal, we're Australia’s go-to experts in fleet branding, working nationwide with some of the country’s biggest and most recognisable brands. We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced & skilled Vehicle Graphics Installer to lead and mentor our Sydney install team.

Total Package $110k + overtime ($80k Base + Company Car + Super)

As the install team leader, you will;

Coach and develop the current fulltime installation team members

Guide and teach our younger Academy participants

Hold a focus for efficiently delivering completed jobs in line with the schedule

Advise on setup for prototype vehicles prior to large fleet roll outs

Review and direct on processes and procedures to create optimal efficiency and quality

Set the standard and drive the installation teams culture, efficiency and quality

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for:

Wrapping and branding vehicles of all shapes and sizes — cars, vans, trucks, buses & trains

Installing high-quality graphics and vinyl prints

Producing and applying decals that make an impact on the road

Commercial fleet branding, no colour changes required

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in vehicle signage/vinyl wrapping

Strong Leadership qualities

A current driver’s license

Strong attention to detail

A calm approach to Problem-solving

Good time management and flexibility

A customer-focused positive attitude
