About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide senior level, expert HR advice and consultancy services to line managers and staff of West Moreton Health across a broad range of HR activities. The role manages significant and complex HR projects and leads the work of a small team providing HR advice and consultancy services and developing initiatives to improve workforce management across the Health Service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Ability to provide complex, strategic, and operational leadership to effectively manage a team to deliver high quality services to clients to achieve outcomes against strategic and operational plans.
- Excellent record of achievement in similar senior HR roles, including the ability to achieve high quality outcomes across HR service delivery, significant HR projects, and business improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead and provide senior level, expert HR advice and consultancy services to senior leaders, line managers and employees across a broad range of HR activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop high quality written communications, briefs and reports.
- Ability to solve complex problems, analyse issues from various perspectives and to exercise sound, independent judgement.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
