In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Radiation Oncologists with all administrative tasks, including managing their daily clinic schedule, booking patient appointments and gathering required results, - as well as general reception duties. This is a patient-facing role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a desire to help others, you'll be the friendly face they greet every day!

More specifically, you will:

• Work in a fast-paced administrative environment, where patient care remains the top priority.
• Act as the first point of contact to patients and referring doctors - both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Manage the daily clinic schedules of two Radiation Oncologists, including booking and billing consultations.
• Collate and manage patient records, including accurate data entry and filing.
• Work closely with other GenesisCare departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.
