We're seeking a professional and proactive Medical Receptionist to join a busy specialist clinic. This role suits someone who thrives working independently, is confident with medical admin, and is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk, patient check-ins, and reception flow
• Update records, handle referrals, billing, and bookings
• Process payments, reconcile banking
• Handle high call volumes, appointment bookings, and inbox management
• Support doctors with admin tasks
• Maintain a respectful and collaborative team environment
  
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in a medical receptionist
• Proficiency in Geni practice management software (essential)
• Strong attention to detail in billing and invoicing
• Confident, professional communicator (phone & in-person)
• Experience in dermatology clinics is a bonus
