Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Strategic Planning

Managing Key Accounts and Projects

Preparation of Technical Tenders and Quotations

Conducting Customer-facing Activities and Presentations

Networking and Collaborating with Various external Stakeholders

Providing Technical Support and Solution Sales

Administration and Management of Sales Processes

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, and Project Management

Proficient in Sales Planning, Creative Thinking, and Problem-solving

Engineering/ Technical background

Ability to quickly build trust and overcome objections

Superior Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Excellent understanding of Technical Needs, Specifications, and Drawings

Knowledge of Australian (AS), International (IEC) standards, and International Business Standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001

Commitment to Safe Work Practices, Quality, and the Environment

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred
