Our client, a respected Gold Coast law firm, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper or Practice Manager with a strong financial background. This is a broad role suited to someone confident handling the firm’s financial operations while also contributing to day-to-day management and support functions.

Key responsibilities:

End-to-end bookkeeping, including trust and office account management

Financial reporting, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations

Liaison with external accountants and support for annual audits

Oversight of operational processes, supplier relationships, and general office systems

Supporting compliance and contributing to smooth daily practice management

What we’re looking for:

Strong bookkeeping and financial administration experience

Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred

Familiarity with trust accounting highly regarded

Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach

Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
