The Role

As a Practice Manager of a well established litigation practice, your duties will include:

• Human resources including end to end recruitment, performance management, on boarding and off boarding processes, training staff, overseeing administration staff,
• Manage equipment, working with the IT providers, premises management.
• Trust accounting, trust payments, end of month trust reconciliations, trust receipting,
• Billing, liaising with external Accountant, controlling petty cash, accounts payable and accounts receivable,
• cash flow reporting, fee earner reporting, work flow reporting, financial reporting.
• They use Smoke Ball and Xero.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 3 years Practice management or Office Management and Bookkeeping experience with a law firm.

Well established boutique law firm of 8 staff in their CBD office. Specialise in Litigation Law. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $90-120,000 + Super (pro rata'd if 4 days a week).
