Food to Go and Deli Manager
Display & Presentation: Set up and maintain a high standard of display in ready-made meals' case, Cakes and Pies in Freezer Cases and Deli products.
Prepare: Salad rolls daily, slicing cold meats, cut and package cakes.
Baking: Prepare and bake chickens, bake cookies, donuts (par-bake).
Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure the quality and safety of all food items.
Stock Management: Ordering stock, inventory levels, stock rotation, and ensuring the freshness of products.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with product selection.
Proven experience in food preparation, particularly in a deli, supermarket, or similar setting.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the Food To Go area.
Innovation: Assess customer sales and marketing trends to grow the department.
