We're on the lookout for a confident and motivated Financial Accountant ready to take their next step in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. You'll join a growing business in the logistics and supply chain space, working closely with a supportive Finance Manager and Senior Accountant.

This is a hands-on, career-building role with exposure across multiple entities and real potential to grow within a larger finance team of 50+.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Own payroll journals for 300+ employees (no processing)

Assist with BAS, payroll tax returns, and compliance reporting

Support balance sheet recs and general ledger entries

Contribute to the monthly P&L reporting and presentations to department leads

Partner closely with a Senior Accountant and be mentored along the way

Help with audit prep and work on cross-entity tasks

ABOUT YOU

CA/CPA qualified or in the final stages (and tracking well)

2-4 years' experience in financial accounting - either in industry or from a Big 4 background

Month-end exposure is a must, you're across debits, credits, journals and recs

You're curious, eager to learn, and not afraid of a fast-moving environment

Confident communicator, happy to step into meetings with stakeholders

Bonus if you've used NetSuite, but not essential
