PERSOLKELLY is seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analysts with strong experience in the Retail domain to join one of our IT Consulting Client.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and deliver technology-driven solutions that enhance retail operations and customer experiences.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include

• Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs, gather, document and analyses these business requirements and develop detailed, technical and user specifications to support the delivery of new or enhanced business and IT systems
• Represent the current and future business requirements of key business stakeholders into the design and delivery of new business and IT systems.
• Develop and produce high quality artifacts relevant to the delivery of business and IT projects and systems including documenting current and future state business systems and processes and mapping key relationships between business systems and/or data structures and data relationships.
• Drive solution discussions around POS, Inventory, CRM, Loyalty, Order Management, or eCommerce platforms.
• Participate in workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder presentations
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication of updates and changes.

What are we looking for?

• Tertiary qualification in Business Systems or Information Technology, and/or substantial industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Preferred domain knowledge of Retail - including in-store operations, supply chain, merchandising, or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Ability to engage with both business stakeholders and technical teams
