What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating closely with venue leaders to anticipate staffing needs and cultivate a robust talent pipeline.

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Empowering hiring managers to make informed, brand-aligned decisions.

Elevating our employment brand across digital platforms and beyond.

Creating innovative pathways for talent growth, including apprenticeship programs.

Championing a stellar onboarding experience for new team members.

Driving recruitment targets with speed and precision.

About You

At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in hospitality or a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in ATS systems, Seek, LinkedIn, and digital recruitment tools.

Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting.

Proactive, organized, and driven to deliver results.

Passionate about people and culture, with a keen eye for talent.
