Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in recruitment? Healthia is seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering exceptional recruitment experiences.
About the Role
This is a 12 month Contract, Part-time opportunity, between 21 and 30 hours and the hours can be spread across 5 days/school hours. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will provide essential administrative support, contributing to the success of our hiring initiatives and enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer documentation.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
Draft and format job advertisements aligned with Healthia’s employer brand and post on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Track and maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives by creating and distributing content across social media and professional platforms.
Maintain the Healthia careers page and recruitment-related content on internal and external platforms.
Generate and manage recruitment reports, tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and diversity hiring data.
About You
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or an administrative role is a plus but not a requirement.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset.

$60-$65,000/annum plus super, pro rata to hours worked.
