As the in-house legal firm for the Queensland Government, Crown Law blends purpose-driven work with long-term stability and a culture that values inclusion, collaboration, and professional growth. In this newly created role, you’ll apply your recruitment expertise to support the public good—building a capable and diverse legal workforce that helps shape Queensland’s future. It’s a chance to step into a permanent government position where long-term workforce planning is prioritised over short-term metrics, and where work-life balance and wellbeing are genuinely supported.
