The Role

Assist and provide customers with exceptional service to meet their needs

Display and maintain the appearance of visual merchandise in a dynamic retail environment

Takes initiative in supporting team members

General cleaning, opening, and closing duties

What you will need to be successful:

Previous experience in customer service (Retail and Shoes is advantageous)

A strong customer service focus with a passion for achieving results

A passion for dealing with the public

A motivated, hardworking and positive attitude

A sense of urgency and the ability to use initiative
