Hello Clever Pty Ltd is looking for a Casual Promo Assistant to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As part of our Promotions team, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing and advertising campaigns.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the coordination and execution of promotional events and activities

Engaging with customers and representing the brand in a professional and friendly manner

Distributing promotional materials and samples to the public

Providing on-site support and troubleshooting during events

Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment

Reporting on the success and effectiveness of promotional activities

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in customer service or sales roles

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude

Strong organisational and time management skills

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
