What you'll be doing

Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, ensuring they find the perfect piece of jewellery to suit their preferences and budget

Assisting customers with the selection, purchase, and care of diamond and fine jewellery items

Maintaining an impeccable store appearance and ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, providing a seamless shopping experience

Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and store objectives through exceptional customer service and sales techniques

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and company policies to provide informed recommendations to customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the jewellery industry

Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of custom diamond and fine jewellery

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a visually appealing store environment

Flexibility to work a couple of days a week, and to meet the needs of our customers
