✨ About the Role

We’re looking for four reliable, energetic Retail Assistants to join our new flagship team. You'll be providing warm, helpful service, showcasing our travel range, and keeping the store tidy, stocked and inviting.

Our store is open 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, 365 days a year. You'll work a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

🧳 Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist travelling customers

Demonstrate Kooshy Kids products with confidence

Maintain attractive and organised product displays

Operate POS and handle payments

Keep the store clean and welcoming

Open and close the store as rostered

🕒 Shifts Available

Early morning (from 5:00 am)

Mid-morning to afternoon

Evening (until 9:00 pm)

Weekend and public holiday availability is essential

👀 What We’re Looking For

Retail, sales or customer service experience preferred

Reliable, confident, and hardworking

Friendly and flexible with changing priorities

Fluent in English (other languages a bonus)

Comfortable working independently or in a team

ASIC pass preferred (we’ll assist if needed)

Police check required (part of ASIC process)
