Éramai at Crown Melbourne is hiring a dynamic individual for a hybrid role combining retail sales and front-of-house reception duties. If you love connecting with people, driving results, and working in a beautiful environment — this role is for you.

About the Role
This is a casual position, offering 3–5 shifts per week, including mandatory weekends. You’ll move fluidly between sales floor and reception duties, helping customers discover our advanced skincare range while ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience.

All new team members will undergo 2–4 weeks of paid training at $25/hr, after which you’ll step into the full role at $30+/hr plus commission.

Your Responsibilities

Drive sales of premium skincare, LED facials and beauty devices

Deliver engaging product consultations and upsell confidently

Manage front desk duties – greet clients, handle bookings, provide information

Keep the boutique immaculate and organised

Assist with opening/closing procedures and day-to-day operations

Represent Éramai with warmth, professionalism, and polish

What We’re Looking For

Experienced salespeople only – confident, capable, and results-driven

Previous experience in retail sales (any industry welcome)

Polished communicator who builds rapport with ease

Comfortable multitasking between customer service and reception

Available 3–5 days per week, including weekends

Reliable, motivated, and looking for long-term opportunity
