About the role

Landing is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Scarborough, Queensland. As a full-time Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating beautiful pastries and cakes that get you excited to bake.

What you'll be doing

Developing a short but delicious menu of pastries and cakes, with rotating specials.

A mix of prep, lamination and bake shifts.

Collaborating with the Head Chef to innovate new menu items and seasonal offerings

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef

Strong technical skills in preparing a diverse range of pastries and cakes

A love for lamination and attention to detail

Efficiency minded

Good communication and teamwork skills
