Your Opportunity:
As Chef de Partie, you'll helm a crucial section of our kitchen—pastry, meat, fish, larder, hot mains, wok, seam, BBQ or pass—ensuring seamless operations. Reporting directly to the Head Chef and supported by the Sous Chef and Senior Chef de Partie, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare your workstation with precision and care, utilizing top-quality ingredients and state-of-the-art cooking equipment.

Execute dishes with creativity and finesse, ensuring impeccable presentation for service.

Maintain strict control over food costs and inventory, contributing to our commitment to sustainability.

Uphold the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, fostering a clean and organized workspace.

Mentor and guide junior team members, nurturing their growth and development.

Skills and Requirements:
We seek candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar high-caliber environment, showcasing:

Proven expertise as a Chef de Partie, Senior CDP, Junior Sous in a venue of comparable size and quality.

Comprehensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

Strong teamwork ethic with a keen eye for detail and adherence to culinary standards.

Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety regulations.
