About the role

The Breadquarter' currently have multiple available roles as Bakers & Pastry Chefs to join the production team in our wholesale bakery located in Darra, Queensland. You will be responsible for the preparation and baking of a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to our high quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Mixing, preparing and baking a wide range of breads, pastries, pies, and other bakery products from scratch

Ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary ingredients and supplies

Collaborating with the team to develop new and innovative baked goods

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Qualification in baking or patisserie, or equivalent experience

No minimum experience required

Exceptional baking and pastry skills, with the ability to produce high quality baked goods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Passion for the art of baking and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
