About the Role
We're on the lookout for a passionate and talented Pastry Cook to join our team at Gemelli! If you love working with quality ingredients, creating beautiful pastries and desserts, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts with precision and care

Ensuring every item meets Gemelli's high standards for flavour, presentation, and consistency

Collaborating with our chefs and kitchen team to develop new, exciting pastry creations

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Providing warm, genuine service when assisting at the counter

What We're Looking For:

Formal pastry or baking qualifications preferred, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role

Strong technical skills across a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and a love for working in a busy, high-energy kitchen

A genuine passion for food, creativity, and contributing to a team-focused environment

Proven experience with laminated doughs, bread making, and modern cake decorating techniques
