About the role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Program Analyst for an ongoing opportunity based in Keswick. This role will focus on delivering business insights, supporting planning and governance, and maintaining dashboards and reports to improve operational performance and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver dashboards for meetings, delivery providers, and operational programs

Create a 2025–2030 resource model and cascading KPIs to support strategic planning

Provide ongoing support to the Program Delivery team and delivery partners

Maintain and update existing reports to ensure data accuracy and relevance

Skills and Experience Required

Power BI experience

Proven ability to work with multiple datasets

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

SAP experience desirable but not essential
