We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and brilliant General Manager to take the reins and turn The Sienna into one of the the best regional wedding destination venue and hotel NSW has to offer.

About the role

General Manager

As THE head executive team leader, you will oversee ALL daily operations. We are looking for the best of the best, someone with vision, with passion and drive, who can think fast, solve problems and run a team.

You need to have at least two years experience in running a wedding destination venue hotel accomodation facility with food and beverage, and preferable with function experience as well - weddings are a huge part of our operation.

We want a General Manager that thinks of the customer and the guest experience in running the operation, while also prioritising staff and ensuring that there is a culture and team that love what they do.

You will report directly to the company Chief Operating Office and you will personally oversee staff across the entire operation including: reception, F&B team, cleaners, back of house, weddings and functions, admin, grounds, maintenance, IT, marketing etc. You will work on site, located in the Hunter Valley and be very hands on and directly manager the team daily, leading with a hands-on approach and driving the occupancy, growth and profits.

As General Manager, you'll proudly take the keys and manage the daily hotel and wedding operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the safeguard of the brand and its assets.
