About the Position

Position Description

• Lead day-to-day operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and functions
• Oversee compliance, stock control, cash handling, and reporting
• Drive local marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement
• Build a strong team culture and guest-first service standards
• Full support from the ownership team
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in hospitality
• Previous experience working with local community groups
• Advanced Licensee, RSA, and RCG compliance certificates
• Experience in rostering, stock control, and financial reporting
• Confident leadership with a hands-on, customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and staff development skills
• Support the leadership team with roster flexibility, including nights and weekends
