Medical Secretary/Admin Assistant required for busy Anaesthetic Practice in Bankstown, Sydney
The role encompasses all responsibilities in helping a busy private specialist practice. Duties include, but are not limited to, liaising with patients, surgeons, surgeons rooms, hospitals, operating theatres, and other health industry staff, data entry, simple book keeping skills e.g, invoicing, receipting, banking, and accounts follow up.
Computer skills essential.
We are looking for someone with an exceptional telephone manner and patient management skills, a pleasant demeanor, sound organisational skills, able to work as a team, and an eye for detail.
Training will be provided.
