on Bridge Road, providing a lively and engaging atmosphere for patrons from the local area.

Role Overview:

As our Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing menu standards while

ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

● Inventory Management: Supervise and coordinate stock ordering and handling in

order to optimise efficiency and minimise wastage.

● Operational Oversight: Help oversee restaurant & kitchen operations, including

scheduling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

● Training and Development: Onboard new staff and provide ongoing training and

development to existing team members.

● Quality Control: Monitor and improve the quality of food to ensure a consistently

high standard.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the front of house staff and Head Chef to ensure

seamless service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

● Experience: Diploma of Hospitality Management (Commercial Cookery) plus one

years’ experience or 3 years experience as a Chef.

● Skills: Strong leadership, people management, customer service, and

communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent

organisational and multitasking abilities.

● Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and handling regulations.

● Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a dedication to

providing a remarkable dining experience.
