What You'll Be Doing

Respond to incoming spare parts enquiries via phone, email, walk-ins and web forms.

Prioritise and manage requests to ensure fast and reliable service.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with our loyal customer base.

Communicate with overseas suppliers, place international parts orders, and coordinate airfreight.

Contribute to the development of procedures that enhance elite service standards.

Provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our Parts and Service team.
