About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity currently available for an experienced Parts Interpreter/Manager to join the enthusiastic team at ADE. This role would suit a self-motivated person who has the ability to work in a team environment, and unsupervised while effectively managing their time.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

• Taking spare parts calls and emails from Australian companies
• Parts ordering from both domestic and global companies
• Routine housekeeping of the spare parts areas
• Maintaining accurate records of all activities

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience, with maintenance and service of different types of turf equipment, within the workshop and field environment. Would assist with the knowledge required, to provide customers with the best spare parts.

Also:

• Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Manage time effectively
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Well presented at all times
• Hold a current Victorian driver’s license
