This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling a mix of office tasks and hands-on responsibilities. While based in the office, you’ll regularly step into the shed to check off parts deliveries, verify packing slips against incoming containers, and ensure stock accuracy.

What You’ll Do:

• Entry of packing slips
• Manage inventory and ordering of spare parts for tractors, harvesters, and other machinery
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of parts usage and stock levels
• Handle customer and technician inquiries related to spare parts
• Assist with stocktake
• Maintaining office supplies

What You Bring:

• Experience in spare parts administration or inventory management
• Accurate data entry
• Highly organised, will need to be able to multitask
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery (preferred)
• Proficiency with inventory software and MS Office
