🎯 Key Responsibilities

Managing patient bookings, correspondence, and medical documentation

Liaising with hospitals, patients, and anaesthetists in a professional and timely manner

Managing and processing Medicare and health fund claims

Preparing and sending patient invoices

Responding to phone and email inquiries efficiently and empathetically

Ensuring data entry and record-keeping is accurate and up to date

✅ You’ll bring:

Experience in medical administration or a related healthcare support role

Strong communication skills and professional phone manner

Proficiency with medical software and Microsoft Office

High attention to detail and excellent time management

A commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy

A warm, approachable, and calm manner under pressure

Experience in anaesthetic billing or private health billing is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
