📣 We're Hiring! Experienced administrator – Wangaratta

We're looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator. If you're passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love variety in your work, this could be the role for you!
🛠 Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism
Entering and managing jobs using the CRM system
Creating quotes, organising invoices, and assisting with accounts
Ordering stock and managing dispatch logistics
Updating and monitoring social media accounts
Liaising with clients for updates and feedback
Providing admin support to management
Supporting debt collection and general office tasks

Brings excellent organisation and communication skills
Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Is tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

📍 Job Details:
Location: On-site, Wangaratta office
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Training: On-the-job training provided, with future development opportunities
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
