Salary: $73,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience, excluding super)

What You'll Do:
As our Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operation, maintaining the highest food quality, and delivering an unforgettable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Planning and executing seasonal menus with innovative dishes

· Leading, training, and supervising kitchen staff

· Ensuring all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards

· Managing inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgeting

· Preparing and cooking dishes on our menu

· Sourcing fresh ingredients and maintaining relationships with suppliers

· Collaborating with management on new offerings and special events

· Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

· Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills

· Creativity and passion for food and presentation

· In-depth knowledge of food safety and kitchen regulations

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
