They’re now on the lookout for a motivated Junior Loan Writer to join their high-performance environment and help deliver seamless, world-class loan experiences.

What you will be doing:

· You’ll play a pivotal part in the loan journey—working closely with brokers, clients, and lenders to get applications over the line.

· Prepare and lodge applications via platforms like ApplyOnline

· Verify client documents (income, ID, expenses) for accuracy and completeness

· Collaborate with brokers to structure deals that meet credit policies

· Chase up missing documents and keep clients in the loop

· Track application progress and follow up with lenders

· Keep CRM data sharp and up to date

· Ensure every file meets compliance and regulatory standards

We are looking for:

· 1–2 years' experience in loan writing, mortgage broking or credit support

· Solid understanding of residential lending and loan documentation

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

· Excellent communication and organisation skills

· A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset

· Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or happy to get it)
