This is more than just a lending role – it’s a chance to help shape the future of a business redefining the mortgage experience. You'll work closely with the Founders, Credit, and Lending team to guide customers from their first enquiry through to settlement. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing clear, empathetic support while managing a growing pipeline and contributing to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end loan process: from enquiry to approval and settlement
• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through complex decisions
• Clearly communicate our value proposition and help customers understand whether the product is suitable for them
• Use our tools and servicing calculator to tailor solutions based on each customer’s unique profile
• Support loan applications, liaise with credit teams, and resolve any challenges with care and precision
• Be a key voice in shaping our internal processes and customer journey
• Represent our brand with integrity, empathy, and deep product knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in home lending, mortgage broking, or a similar finance role
• Proven ability to manage the lending lifecycle, from application to settlement
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and great customer instincts
• A proactive, solutions-first mindset – you’re always thinking ahead
• Comfortable working in an evolving startup environment where flexibility and initiative are key
