The Agency

Our Federal Government agency delivers policies and programs and advise the Australian Government on health, disability and aged care. We work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure better health for all Australians.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and optimise Agile Release Train processes, including PI Planning and ART sync events
• Manage risk, escalate impediments, and ensure effective value delivery across teams
• Coach leaders, Scrum Masters and teams in Lean-Agile practices and SAFe frameworks
• Coordinate the delivery of program-level metrics, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience

• Recent RTE experience in a Commonwealth Government ICT or similar setting
• Strong background in agile software development and project delivery
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage ART events and dependencies
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation of cross-functional collaboration
